Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days but you will be informed of any circumstances. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone depending on the contact method you provide.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If you choose a tracked shipping service it will contain your tracking number(s). 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Little Box of Sunshine is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: Little Box of Sunshine is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the UK. All orders are limited to UK domestic delivery only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international visitors. 

Returns Policy

If you have changed your mind, we at Little Box of Sunshine are happy to refund your order, providing:

Our refund policy lasts 28 days. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it and then return the item to us within 28 days of receipt.

For authorised returns, please pack the product carefully in our original packaging to avoid damage in transit. Please note that any product returned where we have handwritten a gift message or provided gift wrapping will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Unfortunately, if 28 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. When contacting we will provide delivery address you can return the product too.
